FAQs

What is your MOQ (Minimum order quantity)?

In order to give you the best value for your printed garment I recommend getting a minimum of 20 pieces. I do print orders less than 20 but only if they are 1 or 2 colours with no more than 2 print locations. Please bear in mind that cost per unit will rise significantly for this type of job.

Do you provide apparel for printing?

Yes. In most cases apparel is provided by myself. I have access to a large selection of different garments & styles. I will be happy to discuss and work with you on choosing the right item to suit your needs and budget.

What is your turnaround time?

A print job can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks depending on how big/complex the order is. For the most common jobs (1-2 colours printed front & back) you can expect to have your order within 10 working days.

Do you provide a design service?

Yes. I am happy to help create a design for you and prepare it for print. This service is charged at £20 per hour.

What is your delivery policy?

Delivery or local pick up/drop off will be arranged during the order process.

What is the best format to send my artwork in?

To achieve the best results for printing, artwork needs to have a resolution of at least 300dpi (dots per inch) and be at actual print size or bigger. I can work with most file types but will be in touch quickly if there are any issues with the files provided.

When & how do I pay?

Once we have ironed out all the print job specifications I will send through an invoice which can be paid via bank transfer (BACS).

Do you provide a mock up?

Yes. Before any printing takes place you will be provided with a design proof (a digital simulation of the printed result) to either request changes or approve.

Can I order a mixture of garments/colours?

Yes. However please bear in mind that printing a t-shirt requires a different setup to printing a hoodie (for example) so extra charges may apply even though the design is the same. For different coloured garments as long as the ink colour stays the same there will be no extra charge. If the ink colour needs changing there will be a small charge to clean and reset the screen.

Where are you based?

We are based in Liverpool, UK.
